Artist colony to post-Olympic neighbourhood – the ‘new Shoreditch’?

This is fascinating area was my very own East Berlin. I’ve shared my stories and observations about its change from industrial backwater to artist colony and now residential neighbourhood with everyone from the British Council (creative economy etc) to German universities and British broadsheets like the Guardian newspaper.
